Our Story
Our mission is to treat our Orange Park community like family.
We want to give the customer the experience of Italy on a plate even if they cannot afford the plane ticket.
All customers can enjoy our authentic recipes as a dining experience or in the comfort of their homes or businesses via carry-out. For the customers joining us for our lunch experience, we will offer a family environment with lots of upbeat Italian music to transport you to Little Italy for the afternoon. For dinner, the candles are lit for a softer ambiance with crooner-style Italian music and occasionally live singing by Valentina Licata herself. For the evening, you will believe you are back in the old country with hints of fresh bread and wine in the air.
Valentina’s Italian Bistro prides itself on making everything fresh from scratch.
Our menu will offer authentic hand-crafted items with ingredients sourced straight from Italy and local businesses. We will work with only the freshest ingredients, imported pastas, and only the best quality cuts of meats and seafood. Our menu will also consist of a gluten-free option for pizzas, pastas, and some dessert items that are just as good as the originals.
We promise to provide our customers with top-quality and great dishes they will love. As we all know, the local produce changes as the seasons change. Valentina’s Italian bistro thrives on an ongoing basis to improve quality and standards in the development of new menu items as the seasons change, keeping the traditions of the authentic Italian flavor.
